Cookie Policy

NxGeN Holdings Inc. ("NxGeN," "we," "us," or "our") uses a small, deliberate set of cookies and similar technologies on our website at nxgen.club and related applications (the "Services"). This Cookie Policy explains what we use, why, how long it lasts, and how you stay in control. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Policy.
Our approach is restrained by design: we use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party targeting pixels. Non-essential technologies load only after you tell us they may.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognize your browser. We also use related browser-storage technologies that serve similar purposes:
- Local storage keeps information in your browser until it is cleared (for example, your in-progress application).
- Session storage keeps information only until you close the browser tab.
In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these unless we say otherwise. Cookies set by NxGeN are first-party; cookies set by a provider we use (such as our security or hosting partner) are third-party.
2. How We Use Cookies
We group the technologies we use into two categories.
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Services to function — keeping you signed in, saving your application progress, protecting the site against bots and abuse, preserving referral credit, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off, because the Services will not work without them, and under privacy law they do not require consent.
- Analytics. Privacy-friendly, aggregate measurement of how the site is used and how it performs, so we can improve it. These load only after you consent and never track you across other websites.
We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-context behavioral tracking cookies.

Cloudflare, our security and content-delivery provider, may set other strictly necessary cookies to protect and route traffic. A current list is available in Cloudflare's own documentation.

Our analytics provider is privacy-friendly: it measures usage in aggregate and does not use cookies to build a profile of you or follow you across other sites.
4. Managing Your Choices
You are in control of non-essential cookies.
- Consent banner. The first time you visit, a banner lets you Accept all or Reject non-essential, or open Manage preferences to choose by category. Analytics will not load unless you allow it.
- Change your mind anytime. Select Cookie Preferences in the site footer to reopen the panel and update or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local and session storage through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Services from working.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor GPC signals your browser sends as a valid request to opt out of non-essential tracking.
Because we record your choice in a cookie (nxgen_consent), clearing your cookies or using a different browser or device will prompt the banner again.
5. Legal Basis (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or the ePrivacy rules apply, we rely on:
- Your consent for analytics technologies, which you may withdraw at any time; and
- Our legitimate interests and the necessity of providing a service you requested for strictly necessary technologies, which do not require consent.
You may also exercise the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, and we do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our Services or providers change. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, prompt you to renew your consent. Please review it periodically.
