Subprocessors
Subprocessors
Effective Date: June 19, 2026
This page lists the third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that NXGEN Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("NxGeN," "we," "us," or "our"), uses to provide the NxGeN platform, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Each subprocessor processes personal data only on our instructions and under a contract that requires it to protect that data and use it solely to provide its service to us.
This list supplements, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Policy and, for institutional partners, the Data Processing Agreement. It is the canonical list referenced by those documents.

Where a subprocessor offers its service from multiple regions, our primary processing takes place in the United States, as described in the "International Members and Data Transfers" section of our Privacy Policy.
2. Operational and Security Vendors
We also use a limited set of vendors for internal operations (for example, error monitoring, infrastructure tooling, and team productivity) that may incidentally process limited operational data such as logs. These vendors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not grant them access to member directories, Circle content, direct-message content, or deal materials, and we do not use them for advertising or third-party targeting.
3. Changes to Our Subprocessors
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Services evolve. When we make a material change to this list, we will update the Effective Date above and, for institutional partners, provide notice under the change-notification terms of their Data Processing Agreement. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
