Who It's For

NxGeN members are ambitious next-gen family enterprise leaders. They are actively involved in one or more aspects of their family's initiatives — across operating companies and new ventures, investing, and philanthropy.
Our members don't have to be working for their family full-time. We appreciate members who work alongside their family in addition to building a career or company full-time. Some members have decided to go gain crucial experience working for another family or organization, with the intent to bring that experience back to their family in the future.
This community is not for:
